RED BOOK

        The Red Book is intended for use by the officers
        of all affiliated Clubs and Regions as well as
        all  individual members. This important club
        management guidebook traditionally was passed
        to the succeeding club president. Often it did
        not happen.  Now all parts are available on this
        web site to all officers and members for reading
        and printing.
