Membership at Large

Anyone can become a member of this large national gardening organization without joining a local club. Perhaps you have checked the Member Clubs page and find no clubs in your state or near your location.  Many of the same benefits are available to a Member at Large. In addition if Horticulture is a big interest for you there is a super extra benefit available (see below).  There are currently over 700 Members at Large, many of them Life Members.

A summary of major benefits:
-      Bimonthly newsletter, exclusive member discounts, annual Photo Contest, Scholarships, annual colorful calendar, lending book library, audio/visual library, and access to the Members Only section of this website.
-     An optional American Horticultural Society Membership at a very favorable discount, includes the AHS bimonthly magazine, The American Gardener. Also includes AHS sponsored entry to 190 botanical gardens and shows in the US, a seed exchange and many other benefits.
