TGOA/MGCA...
...is a national organization with over 2,800
members in local
clubs all around the USA. These members and clubs
put great
emphasis on gardening education and community beautification.
A partnership has been agreed with the American Horticultural
Society.
As of July 1, 2004 all TGOA/MGCA members had the full
benefits of both organizations. Starting January 1, 2007 the AHS
membership will be optional and is highly recommended.

Types of Programs:
A wide variety of gardening, landscaping, community beautification,
insect and disease control, conservation, native plants-educational
programs which make members better gardeners and lovers of green spaces.
Getting Involved:
Contact us for a club near you, or we would love to help you organize a
club affiliated with TGOA/MGCA
Membership/Dues:
Local club dues vary. Most are $25-$35 annually for local and national
benefits. The American Gardener magazine and full
membership benefits from the American
Horticultural Society partnership are available on an optional basis .
Publications:
The TGOA/MGCA Newsletter is subscribed as
part of TGOA/MGCA national dues. Most clubs publish their own periodical
newsletter.
The American Gardener published by AHS is subscribed as part of
the optional AHS membership for a very significant discount.
